You’re going to enjoy some amazing food whilst sailing with 7 Degrees West. We’ve been working with the chefs at the award winning Fins Restaurant to design an exclusive gourmet lunch which we’ll serve to you in style on board the catamaran. In fact, where better to sample their award winning “fresh from the sea” food then out on clear blue water in spectacular surroundings! Taste the unique beechwood smoked flavour in their thick and creamy cullen skink. Tuck into the laden seafood platter of langoustines, lobster and crab. If you still have space after the Fencebay smoked salmon then round it all off with a selection of puds and cheese. Just leave some space for afternoon tea and scones!
Fins Restaurant
Fins Restaurant is owned by Bernard and Jill Thain who over the past 20 years have developed their farm at Fencebay in beautiful Aryshire into a highly acclaimed sustainable business which boasts a smokehouse, farm shop, farmer’s market and the award winning Fins Restaurant. Bernard himself does the fishing, sustainably sourcing the freshest of fish and shellfish on his traditional wooden boat Peagasus. Straight from the sea to their smokehouse and tables, Fins focuses on providing only the freshest and finest fish and shellfish cooked to perfection in a simple and friendly environment. Their renowned hot seafood platter is a feast for the eyes, served up with carefully selected fish friendly wines. With the changing seasons their daily special board allows Bernard to showcase the best the sea has to offer that day. Fresh, simple, delicious.
